This justification is in support of a continuing requirement for Ambulance Services for the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System, for a period of three months effective April 1, 2021 through June 30, 2021. A long-term requirement solicitation will be published during this three-month period to satisfy the needs of the Government beyond June 30, 2021.
