This Sources Sought Notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Responses to this Sources Sought must be in writing. The Bath VA Medical Center (VAMC), 76 Veterans Ave, Bath NY 14810 and the Canandaigua VAMC, 400 Fort Hill Ave, Canandaigua, NY 14424 have a requirement for a contractor to provide full elevator maintenance and repair services, including emergency services (on-site within two hours of call) for twenty-one (21) elevators (passenger, freight, hydraulic and electric traction rope type) located at the Bath VAMC and fifteen (15) elevators (passenger, hydraulic and electric traction rope type, Variable Voltage Variable Frequency and Overhead Traction) located at the Canandaigua VAMC. The NAICS Code is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial and Equipment (except automotive and electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a Small Business size standard of $8 million. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Bath VAMC and Canandaigua VAMC. This is not a solicitation.
