The place of performance is at the Albany Stratton VA Medical Center (VAMC). A Firm-Fixed-price award will be made to the lowest Offeror, who is deemed responsive and responsible in accordance with FAR 9.103. Please see the attached Instructions, Statement of Work (SOW), Drawing, Specs, and the applicable Wage Determinations documents. The Offeror is to provide all necessary resources including but not limited to labor, materials, mobilization, demobilization, removal of debris, storage of equipment, etc. to complete the project in sequence with the corresponding abatement contract. The Offeror is required to follow the Veterans Affairs Medical Center's (VAMC) guidelines, procedures, policies and standards while at the premises; The Offeror must be licensed/permitted to perform work required in New York State, and shall follow asbestos laws and regulations as prescribed by 12 NCRR Part 56 of New York State.
