This Amendment shall be signed and returned by the vendor with the completed RFQ and Manufacturer Disclosure Statement for Medical Device Security, along with any supporting documentation, including price changes, no later than the closing date and time, which is January 11, 2020, AT 11 AM EASTERN TIME, otherwise, the vendor's original response to the RFQ shall be deemed non-responsive. The return and acknowledgment of this Amendment also serve to confirm that the original or updated quote shall be valid for 30 days after the closing of this Amendment.
