Period of performance: 10/01/2020 through 09/30/2025 Basic description of the requirement: Alcon is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and developer of their Constellation Vision System, and is the sole authorized provider of maintenance and support. Alcon will provide a full service agreement to include: OEM parts, travel, labor, 24/7 telephone support, preventative maintenance and as needed repairs.
