Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from beta.SAM.gov, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website (https://www.beta.sam.gov) so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. Proposed Solicitation Number: 36C24221Q0131 Anticipated Closing Response Date: November 9, 2020 Period of Performance: December 1, 2020 to November 30, 2021, with four subsequent option years Description: Vendor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision of a certified-licensed technician to perform preventive maintenance and call-back repairs for equipment and associated tracks noted below at each facility. Vendor shall provide one annual preventive maintenance inspection (August of each year), replace parts (includes everything except batteries). Additionally, up to 50 emergency/unscheduled service call visits (to include parts/installation (excludes batteries)) will be required for each site. Number of emergency/unscheduled service call visits shall be no less than 20 and above 500 calls for the total contract (base pule four years). Response to emergency/unscheduled service call visits shall be within 24-hours of notification. All responsible sources may submit quotes which shall be considered by the Agency.
