Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2 of the Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting a Small Business Set-Aside solicitation for qualified firms capable of providing Radiation Monitoring Badges Services for Brooklyn VA Medical Center. The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, licenses, tools, material and supervision to perform services, as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) found in RFQ: 36C24221Q0089. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334519 with a Size Standard of 500 employees. This is a Small Business Set-Aside acquisition. Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2 of the Department of Veterans, New York Harbor Medical Center is currently conducting a market survey for qualified firms capable of Radiation Safety Monitoring Badges Services . The contractor shall provide all necessary, labor, parts and services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334519. Responses to this notice must be submitting in writing (email or fax) and must be received not later than January 5, 2021 at 3:00 PM EST. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Please see attached statement of work. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (service-disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, Hub Zone, 8(a), small disadvantaged business, small business or large business), relative to NAICS 334519. For a Contractor to be considered one of the above socioeconomic classifications, they MUST conduct at least 51% of the work. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.
