Pre-Solicitation Notice Façade Repairs Phase 2 Stratton VAMC THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE STRATTON VA MEDICAL CENTER, LOCATED AT 113 HOLLAND AVE, ALBANY, NY 12208 WILL BE POSTING A SOLICITATION ON OR ABOUT OCTOBER 19, 2020 FOR THE FACADE REPAIRS PHASE 2 PROJECT. The Stratton VA Medical Center (VAMC) was constructed in the late 1940 s. It is a steel and masonry structure whose exterior facade requires maintenance to repair weather damage that has accumulated over time. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 238140. The small business standard is $16.5 Million. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Information regarding the scheduled site visit will be stated in the Solicitation.
