The general scope of this project is to upgrade the steam distribution system at the Canandaigua VAMC (See draft SOW attached). All work will be accomplished on the Canandaigua VAMC campus as indicated in the specifications and drawings. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238220 with a small business size standard of $16.5 million. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A 20% bid bond will be required and must be submitted with the bid. This project is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
