This shall be a Veteran Owned Small Business S... This notice is for Solicitation Number 36C24221B0074 - Project Number 526-13-109 Replace Public Address (PA) System at James J. Peters VA Medical Center. This shall be a Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (VOSB). As a result, all VOSB's may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. This project is classified under NAICS Code 237130 and has a size standard of $39.5 Million. The cost estimate range for this project is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. Scope of Work: Contractor to provide labor, material and supervision to replace the existing Public Announcement (PA) system at the James J Peters VA Medical Center and as specified on the plans, specifications, and contract documents. Drawings and Specifications will be released with a solicitation. Scope of Work: Replace PA System as specified on the project drawings and written specifications. Coordinate all work with Project Engineer. Provide patchwork, paint, replacing ceiling tiles, etc. to any area destroyed during construction. All materials must match existing type. Contractor is required to visit site and meet with Project Engineer prior to bidding. Time and location to be determined. Must clean construction site on a daily basis. Any drawings provided may not be up to date and must be field verified by contractor for accuracy. Contractor to abide with all in house policies such as safety, ID badges, security, infection control, etc. Alternate entrance is always secured and never to be left open while contractor is off site. All work is to abide by VA specifications. All proper infection control and life safety measures will be abided and coordinated with Infection Control and Safety Officer. All work will be done using approved materials and a professional work force. All work is to be completed on a timely basis as outlined on the contractors approved schedule. Project Completion: 600 Calendar Days from the Notice to Proceed Date (NTP). All other details and information, including drawings and specification shall be contained in the solicitation which shall be posted on https://beta.sam.gov. The solicitation will be released on or about 10/08/2021. The response submittal address, date and time will be included in the solicitation. This project requires bonding. All prospective bidders must be currently registered in www.sam.gov and be registered and verified as a VOSB in www.vip.vetbiz.gov at the time of offer submission and before award of this procurement.
