The scope of project 630A4-CSI-426 Radiation Oncology LINAC Site Prep includes renovating approximately 900 sq. ft. of the existing LINAC room, the control room, and the corridor on the Ground Level of Building one at the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System at 800 Poly Place, Brooklyn, NY. Work will include, but is not limited to, a full gut renovation of the existing LINAC room, control room, and corridor, fire suppression work, electrical, plumbing, architectural, rigging services, construction administration, demolition, asbestos abatement, fireproofing, metal framing, gypsum board, acoustical ceilings, flooring, painting, HVAC, med gas, direct-digital controls, wiring devices, communications, telephone/data, fire alarm, etc. A site visit is scheduled for 04/27/2021 at 11:00AM EST.
