This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Syracuse, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about 1-6-2021 The Syracuse VA Medical Center located at 800 Irving Ave Syracuse, NY 13210 has a need to renovate the existing D wing, 3rd and 4th Floor of Building 1 and part of the 4th Floor C-Wing of SCI. These areas have under-utilized space that can be made more efficient for lab research and patient care where staff can better care for Veterans. Project No. 528A7-19-708. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses . The NAICS code is 236220. The small business standard is $36.5M. The cost range is $1,000,000-$5,000,000.
