Prospective bidders shall meet to check-in at the VA New Jersey Healthcare System, Building 5A, Facilities Management Services (FMS) Conference Room, 385 Tremont Avenue, East Orange, NJ 07018. All participants are required to bring and wear personal protection equipment (masks or face coverings) at all times. Early arrivals are recommended to secure parking as spaces are limited. The revised deadline for the submission of requests for information (RFI's) is no later than 3:00 PM EST Friday, February 26, 2021.
