This notice is for Solicitation Number 36C24221B0010 - Project Number 561-CSI-181 Relocate and Upgrade the ANGIO Suite at VA NJ Health Care System, East Orange, New Jersey. This shall be a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB). As a result, all SDVOSB's may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. This project is classified under NAICS Code 236220 and has a size standard of $39.5 Million. The cost estimate range for this project is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. Scope of Work: Furnish all necessary professional Construction services to provide complete scope of work to RELOCATE & UPGRADE THE ANGIO SUITE in accordance to the project drawings and specifications. Work includes general construction, existing structural, alterations, asbestos abatement, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work, necessary removal of existing finishes and construction and certain other items. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for renovation and repairs to the 1st Floor, Radiology Department in the general area of the existing IR Procedure Room (1-261), the existing Waiting Room (1-203) and the vacated CT Room (1-000) as required by drawings and specifications. Contractor s work is to also include alteration/expansion of associated mechanical, electrical and plumbing components as required by the drawings and specifications for the VA NJ Health Care System, East Orange, New Jersey. All work will be done using approved materials and a professional work force. All work is to be completed on a timely basis as outlined on the contractors approved schedule. Project Completion: 365 Calendar Days. All other details and information shall be contained in the solicitation which shall be posted on https://beta.sam.gov. The solicitation will be released on or about 12/04/2020. The response submittal address, date and time will be included in the solicitation. This project requires bonding and all responses/submissions shall be in hardcopies; faxed or e-mailed bids will not be accepted.
