OVERVIEW: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2, and the Syracuse VA Medical Center are seeking potential qualified contractor(s) to provide all of the services related to operating and staffing a VA Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model capitated Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Oswego County, New York.
