SITE VISIT: A formal site visit has been scheduled for this project for September 23, 2020, 11:00AM-12:00PM, EST. This will be the only opportunity for potential offerors to visit the site. The Albany VA Medical center is located at 113 Holland Ave, Albany, NY 12208. All prospective bidders are to meet at the side entrance to hospital which is located off the ED circle (after being screened). The CO will meet all visitors at the entrance right after they are screened. The ED circle is located around the right side of the Stratton VAMC if you re looking at the front of the building. You have to park in the visitors parking lot and walk to the ED circle. When you are at the facility and can t locate one of our teammates or need directions, you can reach the COR, Sara Collins, at (518) 626-6822/ (518) 423-1308. All references and questions about the site visit are to be directed to the Administrative Contracting Officer at shaun.maines@va.gov, and not the Medical Center s Engineering Officers. All potential offerors, subcontractors and suppliers are strongly encouraged to attend this site visit. TECHNICAL QUESTIONS: Questions of a technical nature must be provided in writing and shall be submitted by the prospective Offerors to Shaun Maines.
