The Department of Veterans Affairs - Upstate New York VA Health Care Network (VISN 2) is conducting market research for Phlebotomy and Urine Collection Services within the following geographic area - Warsaw, NY Western New York VA Healthcare System is seeking a potential qualified contractor with a collection station that is located in Warsaw, New York to provide Phlebotomy and Urine Collection Services specifically within the Village of Warsaw, New York 14569.
