Notice Type: Special Notice Synopsis: VA NY Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN2) intends to negotiate a sole source procurement for Wello Station X Kiosk. The Wello Station X Kiosk requirements include the following: NYH Wide Wello Station X Kiosk Government Bundle; 3-NY, 3-Brooklyn, 2-St Albans. See inserted Statement of Work for description. We intend to conduct this procurement in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) and under the authority of FAR 6. 302-1 as no other vendor will satisfy agency requirements. This is notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation documents are available for this requirement. If a Small Business Contractor, believes it can meet the requirements of this proposed procurement, supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements Interested parties may submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement within 5 calendar days of the publication of this notice, to be considered by the Government. If responding, please keep in mind that your response should show clear and convincing evidence that your company can meet the requirement. ALL responses shall be submitted (by e-mail only) directly to the contracting officer, David Ferlauto at david.ferlauto@va.gov. All Responses must be received no later than: Tuesday, July 28, 2020 by 3:00 pm EST. NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a separate competitive procurement. No reimbursement for any costs associated with providing capability statements will be provided by the Government.
