The Department of Veterans Affairs, Bronx VA Medical Center, is conducting a market survey for qualified firms capable of providing the following services for VA New York Harbor Healthcare System (VANYHHCS). Services are to be provided at all applicable VA New York Harbor Healthcare System sites. NYHHCS New York VA Medical Center Brooklyn Campus 423 East 23rd Street 800 Poly Place New York, NY 10010 Brooklyn, NY 11209 VA Community Living Center 179-00 Linden Blvd Jamaica, NY 11425 Scope: The VANYHHCS requires service for the existing Vocera system maintenance, support and update. The Vocera system enable nurses, doctors, and everyone who delivers patient care to communicate with less effort and make informed decisions quickly, with the leading platform for clinical communication and workflow. This system provides a seamless user experience, combining high quality voice, HIPAA-compliant enterprise messaging, clinical integrations, and alerting into one secure and easy-to-use smartphone application. Requirements: Vocera System Maintenance, Support and Update services for Messaging with 25 users Vocera System Maintenance, Support and update services for SIP Telephony, 6-ports Vocera System Maintenance, Support and Update services for 50 User Enterprise Add-on License Vocera System Maintenance, Support and Update services for 50 user Enterprise License The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 541519. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources for this procurement relative to NAICS 541519. Qualified offerors shall be experienced in addition to providers (sellers) capable of supporting this facility. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.
