It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Responses to this Sources Sought must be in writing. The East Orange Campus of the New Jersey VA Healthcare System 385 Tremont Avenue, East Orange NJ 07018 and the Lyons Campus of the New Jersey VA Healthcare System 151 Knollcroft Rd, Lyons, NJ 07939 have a requirement for a contractor to provide full elevator maintenance and repair services, including emergency services for (18) elevators (passenger, freight, hydraulic and electric traction rope type) located on the East Orange Campus and (32) elevators (passenger, freight, hydraulic and electric traction rope type) located on the Lyons Campus. The NAICS Code is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial and Equipment (except automotive and electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a Small Business size standard of $8 million. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the East Orange and Lyons VA Medical Campuses. This is not a solicitation.
