Page 1 of 1 Bath VA Medical Center has a requirement for the following services for a 30 yard open top dumpster monthly rental, including monthly estimated 96-ton disposal: - Provide monthly rental for one (1) 30-Yard Open Top dumpster for the base year period of performance of May 15, 2020 through April 30, 2021, plus four (4) option years. - Provide hauling/disposal of solid waste/debris estimated at 96 tons, once per month. This hauling shall include all disposal and handling fees associated with wasted disposal at a New York Department of Environmental Conservation (NYDEC) approved landfill. - The Contractor shall maintain all licenses/certifications associated with solid waste disposal in the state of New York. The NAICS Code is 562111. The expected cost range for this firm fixed price procurement to include four option years is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Bath VA Medical Center. This is not a solicitation.
