This ChemDAQ Steri-Trac 2 or equivalent is for the Rochester VA Medical Center, Rochester, NY. Product: ChemDAQ Ster-Trac 2 Monitors Salient Characteristics Requirements: Must gather and track data from multiple monitors. Must have data storage to meet 30 year record requirements per OSHA Must be able to generate reports including concentration, alarms, time weighted averages Must display each area s current gas concentration, any acute alarms from the area monitor, current OSHA time weighted averages and any time weighted average alerts. Must monitor and display instantaneous concentration, 24-hour daily average, elapsed time average and alarm status. The capabilities statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required services. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Verbal responses will not be considered. The results of this notice will assist in the development of (1) the requirement, and (2) the acquisition strategy (e.g., small business set-aside, full and open competition, etc.). VA assumes no responsibility for any costs incurred associated with the preparation of responses submitted as a result of this notice. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed- price contract. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
