Any quote/bid for partial request will be deemed non-responsive. The solicitation is LPTA and the lowest priced bid for items deemed technically acceptable upon review against the technical specifications and characteristics required will receive the award. Interested parties must provide a capabilities statement, of length no longer than 5 pages, reflective of the company s ability to meet this requirement along with itemized pricing.
