This is a Sources Sought Notification: The Syracuse VA Medical Center located at 800 Irving Avenue, Syracuse NY has a requirement for service maintenance agreement for its Vocera communication system. Service maintenance shall include the following: 24hr/7day a week technical support, remote diagnostics including patches and software downloads , premier support services for SIP telephony, 6 ports; Vocera premier support services for 150 user enterprise licenses, engage premier support for 126 single applications, and 2 - 1u appliance. The service maintenance agreement shall consist of the following, all work shall be done by authorized Vocera technicians and use only new Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. The NAICS Code is 541511. This firm fixed price contract to include four option years. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Syracuse VAMC. This is not a solicitation.
