Page 1 of 1 Syracuse VA Medical Center has a requirement for the following services for Chemdaq gas monitoring systems currently in use at the facility: - Provide Sensor Calibration/Exchange (SXP) services for one(1) Chemdaq H2O2 gas monitoring system and two (2) Chemdaq PAA gas monitoring systems for the period of performance of March 1, 2020 through February 28, 2021. - Provide regular maintenance and calibration services. The contractor shall provide monitoring service, sensor calibration and provide freshly calibrated replacement sensors as required. - The Contractor shall be qualified / authorized by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) in the service of all equipment listed within this contract. The NAICS Code is 532490. The expected cost range for this firm fixed price procurement to include four option years is less than $25,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Syracuse VA Medical Center. This is not a solicitation.
