This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Bath, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about September 24, 2020 to repair bathrooms in B104 at the Bath VA Medical Center. Project No. 528A6-17-611. Contractor shall supply all the materials, tools, and labor to completely repair the existing showers in building 104 as shown on the drawings and in the specifications dated 02/4/2019. Contractor will adhere strictly to the plans and specifications unless directed otherwise by the COR. The work will include all trades for general building construction. The trades used will include but are not limited to electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and plumbing. All federal, state, and local building and safety codes MUST be followed. All work is to be completed in the phases as shown on the plan documents unless otherwise directed by the facility/COR. The NAICS code is 236220. The small business standard is $39.5 M. The cost range is $250,000 to $500,000 to Information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the Solicitation. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment bonds will be required.
