This notice is for Solicitation Number 36C24220B0042 - 561-20-112 Replace Valet Booth and Patient Waiting Booth at the VA NJ Healthcare System (East Orange Campus), 385 Tremont Ave, East Orange, NJ 07018 This shall be a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. As a result, all SDVOSB's may submit a Proposal, which will be considered by the agency. This project is classified under NAICS Code 236220 and has a Size Standard of $39.5 million. The cost estimate range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. STATEMENT OF WORK GENERAL INFORMATION 1. Title of Project: Replace Valet Booth and Patient Waiting Booth 2. Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this statement of work (SOW), except as may otherwise be specified. Contractor shall provide all labor and materials to remove the existing Valet (4 X 6 ) and Patient (11 X 20 ) booths and supply and install new replacement units in same size and dimensions. Units shall have lighting, heating and Air conditioning built into the new units. The area around the buildings will be developed/landscaped as necessary to facilitate adequate drainage and diversion of water away from the structures into the parking lot area. 3. Background: Existing Two structures are aged and beyond repairs. The structures are required to provide shelter for Valet staff and Patients/Family while waiting for their vehicles to be returned to them. 4. Performance Period: Firm Fixed - Price - The contractor shall complete the work required under this SOW in 60 calendar days or less from date of Notice to Proceed, unless otherwise directed by the Contracting Officer (CO). If the contractor proposes an earlier completion date, and the Government accepts the contractor s proposal, the contractor s proposed completion date shall prevail. 5. Type of Contract: Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase, Supply and install one new 11 X 20 or comparable dimensions Valet Waiting Area building. Building shall have lighting, heating, Air Conditioning, utility outlets and automatic opening/closing slider door. Remove and dispose of existing building. Utilities are to be reutilized to install new building within same footprint. Reconnect utilities to the replacement building. Area around the building shall be landscaped/developed to facilitate water away from the structure and concrete pad. Purchase, Supply and install two new 4 X 6 Guard Booth buildings. Building shall have lighting, heating, Air Conditioning and utility outlets. Remove and dispose of existing buildings. Utilities are to be reutilized to install new building within same footprint. Reconnect utilities to the replacement building. One building is to be installed adjacent to the Valet Waiting area building and second is to be installed where existing main entry guard shack in located.
