The work will include, but not limited to: selective demolition; fire protection; insulation; miscellaneous interior finishes and site restoration for Room 320-A Abatement. All work will be accomplished on the Buffalo VAMC site as indicated in the specifications and drawings. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $39.5 million. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. A 20% bid bond will be required and must be submitted with the bid. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
