Multi-Specialty CBOC: offers both primary and mental health care and two or more specialty services physically on site. Access to additional specialty services may be offered by referral or telehealth. The Syracuse VA Medical Center has a need for Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) services to provide primary care services to Veteran patients in a private hospital, office or clinic environment. The CBOC must be located in Watertown, New York in Jefferson County. Request for Proposal (RFP) 36C242198R0090 will be available for download from this website on or about October 29, 2020.
