The Bath VA Medical Center located at 76 Veterans Avenue Bath NY 14810 has a requirement for fire damage restoration services for 6,390 square foot 9 bay garage. All work shall be done by technicians with Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification or an equivalent certification. Restoration services shall include: Cleaning of all surfaces within the building, Cleaning of the outside surface of the building, Machine scrub all floor surfaces then steam clean followed up with a category 3 water extraction of all floor surfaces, Deodorize area using an ozone treatment chemical treatment systems, Clean all interior surfaces and exterior surfaces of two (2) ambulances. All work shall be completed within 30 days of receiving a notice to proceed. The NAICS Code is 562910. The expected cost for this firm fixed price purchase order is between $250,000 to $500,000.00. This sources sought is to determine whether there is sufficient interest to warrant either an open market or a small business set aside competition for this procurement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by Bath VA Medical Center. This is not a solicitation.
