Overview: The Buffalo VA Medical Center located at 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo New York has a requirement for a service maintenance agreement for four (4) Advantage Plus Medivators endoscope reprocessors. Equipment List: Medivators endoscope reprocessor - Advantage Plus, SN 67386809 Medivators endoscope reprocessor - Advantage Plus, SN 67386802 Medivators endoscope reprocessor - Advantage Plus, SN 67386801 Medivators endoscope reprocessor - Advantage Plus, SN 67386806 Basic Requirements: The service maintenance agreement plan for the Equipment List above shall include: One preventative maintenance service performed by a certified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) trained technician, in accordance with OEM specifications. Emergency on-site services to include labor, travel and parts, and to be performed by a certified OEM trained technician. An OEM certified trained technician shall be on-site within 24 business hours after an emergency on-site visit has been determined to be required. Telephonic technical support. The NAICS Code is 811219 with a size standard of $20 million. Responses to this Sources Sought must be in writing. The purpose of this Sources Sought announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Veteran Owned Small Businesses, 8(a), HubZone and other Small Businesses interested and capable of providing the services described below. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition.
