Overview: The Buffalo VA Medical Center located at 3495 Bailey Ave. Buffalo NY has a requirement for a service maintenance agreement on one Angiojet thrombectomy blood restorer system. Basic Requirements: The services required for the Angiojet System, including display monitor, data entry touch panel, archiving PC, power transformer and software updates are as follows: Unlimited Service Repair Visits 1 Preventative Maintenance per Year Coverage on Replacement Parts (all parts shall be new Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts) Coverage on Labor and Travel Expenses (all work shall be performed by OEM authorized technicians) Software Updates 24 x7 Phone Support Guaranteed 48 Hour on-site Response Time The NAICS Code is 811219 with a size standard of $20 million. Responses to this Sources Sought must be in writing. The purpose of this Sources Sought announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Veteran Owned Small Businesses, 8(a), HubZone and other Small Businesses interested and capable of providing the services described below. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition.
