Page 1 of 1 Syracuse VA Medical Centers have a requirement for a service maintenance agreement for their inventories of CareFusion Alaris units. The service maintenance plan shall include the following: - Onsite RN clinical support for the use of the Alaris System. To include practice reinforcement, compliance rounds, and/or enforce hospital best infusion practice through education. To include 8 hours of onsite support for every 500 PCUs; multiple days must be used consecutively. Onsite training shall be coordinated with the Contracting Officer s Representative (COR) at least one week in advance of the requested date in advance. - Up to two tuitions to attend offsite Alaris Infusion Data workshops to enhance interpretation skills of the Guardrails CQI Reporter software data. This tuition does not include any travel expenses, travel expenses shall not be considered in scope of this task order. Coordination to send VA employees to these training sessions shall be the responsibility of the COR. - 24hr a day/ 7 day a week pharmacy and clinical infusion data support via telephone or email. Telephone calls shall be limited to no more than 30 minutes. - Unlimited access to the following online courses: · Suggestions on Planning and Scheduling · Guardrails® CQI Reporter Introductory Training · Guardrails® CQI Reporter Refresher · Guardrails® Editor Introductory Training · Guardrails® Editor Refresher · Compliance Rounds - One onsite update to the Alaris® System to install the newest version of the Guardrails® Suite MX software. - All commercially released enhancements shall be provided to the Syracuse VA Medical Center within one week of release by the manufacturer. The NAICS Code is 339112. The expected cost range for this firm fixed price procurement to include four option years is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by The Syracuse VA Medical Center. This is not a solicitation.
