The Canandaigua VA Medical Center located at 400 Fort Hill Avenue, Canandaigua NY 14424 has a requirement for licensed surveyors to do a land survey of the 163 acre Canandaigua VA Medical Center Campus as well as a 28 acre parcel of land that the Department of Veterans Affairs is considering to purchase. The survey shall include a boundary survey to current (2016) ALTA/NSPS standards including a metes and bounds description of the property, plus a plan depiction of all boundaries, easements, rights-of-way, and other recorded encumbrances and utilities. Additionally, the Vendor shall demarcate on the survey for each site any areas where the site lies within a FEMA flood zone and note any encumbrances or visible utilities not of record. All work and required documents and maps shall be completed within 45 days of award. The NAICS Code is 541370. The expected cost for this firm fixed price purchase order is estimated at less than $50,000.00. This sources sought is to determine whether there is sufficient interest to warrant either an open market or a small business set aside competition for this procurement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by Canandaigua VA Medical Center. This is not a solicitation.
