The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2, intends to issue solicitation number 36C24219Q0504 for DaVinci Surgical Robot compatible Ultrasound Rental Services, to include technician and probes for the East Orange VA Medical Center located at: East Orange VA Medical Center 3855 Tremont Ave. East Orange, NJ 07018 The scope of this procurement is for Ultrasound Rental Services, to include technician and probes for the East Orange VA Medical Center Urology Department. Contractor shall be responsible for providing a DaVinci surgical robot compatible ultrasound, technician and probes to the East Orange VA Medical Center. The resultant contract will be a single award, firm fixed price (FFP) IDIQ contract for a 5 year period of time. The solicitation will be issued at the Federal Business Opportunities website (https://www.fbo.gov) on/about 5/10/2019. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 621999 All Other Miscellaneous Ambulatory Health Care Service with a small Business Size Standard of $15 Million. Contract award will be based upon the best value to the government in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12 & 13. This procurement will be an unrestricted solicitation. In order to be considered for award, prospective Offerors are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.11 they shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in SAM prior to award of a contract. SAM is located at http://www.sam.gov and consolidated the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, ORCA, and EPLS. There is NO cost to use SAM. Proposals received from firms that are not verified as SDVOSB will not be considered, and will not be eligible for award.
