The Bath VA Medical Center located at 76 Veterans Avenue, Bath, NY 14810 has a requirement for service maintenance agreements for ONE Carestream DRX-Revolution Mobile X-ray unit to include tube, cart, battery coverage and additional service maintenance agreement for the DRX Plus 3543C Detector to include accident coverage. All work under the service agreement shall be done by authorized Carestream technicians and use only new Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. The service agreement shall include: Onsite Coverage Weekdays: MON-FRI, 8AM- 4:30PM FE Onsite Response Time: 2-Hours Telephone support 24 hours day/7 days a week with 30-minute response time Scheduled preventative maintenance services Software and Quality Updates Uptime Commitment: 97% The NAICS Code is 811219. The expected cost range for this firm fixed price contract to include four option years is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Bath VA Medical Center. This is not a solicitation.
