Page 1 of 2 The VA New Jersey Health Care System (NJHCS) - East Orange Campus, 385 Tremont Avenue East Orange, NJ 07018 has a requirement for a firm fixed-price contract to include one (1) base year and four (4) option years for the preventative maintenance and service maintenance on Twenty-Four (24) Gambro Hemodialysis Machines. Basic Requirements: The contractor shall provide all necessary preventive maintenance and service maintenance support on Twenty-Four (24) Gambro Hemodialysis Machines which includes labor, equipment, tools, material, parts, and repairs; along with providing technical support, troubleshooting, and software upgrades on the Gambro Exalis Dialysis Management System. All equipment repairs and/or maintenance will be performed in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) guidelines, and all work shall be done by a OEM certified trained technician resulting in the equipment operating according to OEM specification. Additional Requirements: The vendor shall respond to a request for technical telephone support within four (4) hours. The vendor shall be on site to begin repairs within eight (8) hours of initiation service call by the VA NJHCS. Repairs shall be completed and unit returns fully to OEM specification within forty-eight (48) hours of initiation service call. Major assemblies replaced will be guaranteed against defects and/or failure for a period of ninety (90) days from date of installation. All parts will be provided and replaced as necessary at no additional charge. Only new OEM parts will be used.
