The Government is seeking quotes for the requirement below, listed in this solicitation notice synopsis. Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2 of the Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting an unrestricted with full and open competition solicitation for qualified firms capable of providing tank tests using Estabrook EZY 3 Locator Plus Tank System Tightness Test (or comparable alternative) on 5 (five) 30,000-gallon #2 oil heating double wall USTs (tanks 1,2,3,4,5,) and 2 (two) 1,000-gallon #2 heating oil double wall USTs (tanks 6&7). The firm must also perform a site investigation to confirm if the site follows NYC DEC regulations, then provide a report and proposal to repair any deficiencies (if found). The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, licenses, tools, material, parts and supervision to perform services, as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) found in RFQ: 36C24219Q0196. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541620 with a Size Standard of $15,000,000.00 in revenue. This acquisition is unrestricted with full and open competition.
