Page 2 of 2 This notice is for Solicitation Number 36C24219B0059 - Project Number 632-19-116 Fire dampers repairs, testing and new installation at the Northport VAMC at 79 Middleville road, Northport, NY, 11768 This shall be a Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (VOSB). As a result, all VOSB's and SDVOSB s may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. This project is classified under NAICS Code 236220 and has a size standard of $36.5 Million. The cost estimate range for this project is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. Scope of Work: Furnish all labor and materials to inspect, repair, decommission, replace, install new FD label fire dampers as per specification and drawings. All work will be done in accordance with the drawings and specifications provided in the solicitation for bid. All work will be in accordance with all governing agencies. All work will be done using approved materials and a professional work force. All work is to be completed on a timely basis as outlined on the contractors approved schedule. Project Completion: 180 Calendar Days All other details and information shall be contained in the solicitation which shall be posted on www.fbo.gov. The solicitation will be released on or about October 15, 2019. The response submittal address, date and time will be included in the solicitation. This project requires bonding and all responses/submissions shall be in hardcopies; faxed or e-mailed bids will not be accepted. All prospective bidders must be currently registered in www.sam.gov and be registered and verified as a VOSB in www.vip.vetbiz.gov at the time of offer submission and before award of this procurement.
