The amendment clarifies the intent to sole source the effort to SDVOSB Trillamed. Trillamed is the sole NAC IDIQ holder for the VSCAN, which is manufactured in Austria. No other GE reseller holds a government contract, as required to satisfy the VA Procurement Hierarchy and apply the Trade Agreements Act.
