The VA is conducting sources sought market research for a firm-fixed-price purchase order, with an SDVOSB set-aside, for aseptic custodial services at the White River Junction VA Medical Center, 215 North Main Street, White River Junction, VT. The work covers about 189,891 sq ft across multiple buildings and includes public areas, restrooms, high-touch surfaces, floor care, offices, exam rooms, canteen/retail, stairwells, elevators, entrances, and furniture movement, while excluding inpatient care rooms and the emergency room. Services are performed Monday–Friday except federal holidays, primarily 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, with floor care on the midnight–8:30 AM shift and specified outer buildings cleaned 3:00 PM–4:30 PM. The estimated staffing is 11.5 FTE, including a supervisor and working lead, and contractor staff must be trained in aseptic cleaning with documented competency.
