This is a VOSB set-aside commercial services requirement under NAICS 561730 (Landscaping Services; $9.5M small business size standard) for grounds maintenance and snow/ice removal at the Providence VA Medical Center and associated facilities. Performance will occur at VAMC Providence, 830 Chalkstone Avenue; the VA facility at 500 Valley Street; Harwood Center, 385 Niagara Street; and the Davis Park Lot, all in Providence, Rhode Island. The contract includes a base year from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027, plus four option years ending October 31, 2031. The scope covers lawn mowing/trimming/edging, grounds cleanup and debris removal, snow relocation/off-site hauling (up to 500 cubic yards per year), pedestrian ice control (about 20 jobs per year), and snow removal up to a 70-inch annual snowfall allowance, including parking garage roof snow removal. The contractor must provide all management, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and records, with emergency/unanticipated grounds services not priced initially but requested post-award as emergencies occur.
