The VA Network Contracting Office 1–New England seeks a contractor to develop and operate a Water Management Program and provide water chemical testing for sterile processing water systems at three VA campuses: Jamaica Plain/Boston, West Roxbury, and Brockton, MA, aligned with AAMI ST-108:2023 and related VA/AORN standards. The work includes program development, monthly/quarterly/as-needed testing, web-based data management, quarterly Water Management Team meetings, verification/validation, training, and reporting under a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order. This acquisition is 100% set aside for SDVOSB/VOSB concerns. The period of performance is estimated to begin around April 2026/April 2027 and consists of a 12-month base year plus four 12-month option years, for up to five years total. A pre-work conference is required within 10 days after award, and testing must generally occur 0730–1600 Monday–Friday, with comprehensive tests completed within the first 2 weeks of each month.
