The Department of Veterans Affairs (NCO 1) requires a service and maintenance contract for the EndoSoft Endoscopy system at VAMC White River Junction, VT. The contractor will provide preventive and corrective maintenance, remote software service and support for the PACS information system, installation, configuration, technical support, software upgrades, and repairs for all EndoSoft software components. The purpose is to maintain the current EndoSoft software license supporting an endoscopy-specific electronic health record solution used in medical offices and hospitals. The system connects directly to the VA network and must meet Section 508 accessibility standards under VAAR 852.239-76. Full details are provided in the attached SOW.
