Services include year-round mowing, edging, trimming, leaf removal, 24/7 snow and ice response with pretreatment, and bi-annual storm drain cleaning and hydro jetting with reporting and disposal compliance. The contractor must maintain a field service representative within 200 miles of West Haven capable of two-hour response; snow removal begins at one inch accumulation or within one hour after snowfall stops, and a pre-season parking garage walkthrough is required no later than November 1 each contract year. The contract is firm-fixed-price with a base year from November 30, 2026 through November 29, 2027, plus four option years through November 29, 2031. Award will be lowest-priced technically acceptable based on technical capability, past performance references, and complete pricing for all CLINs.
