This is a VOSB set-aside RFQ under NAICS 325120 for medical-grade liquid bulk oxygen at VAMC Providence, 830 Chalkstone Avenue, Providence, RI, including contractor-owned bulk tank/reserve capacity, telemetry, digital readouts, maintenance, training, and emergency delivery. The contract is a one-year base plus four one-year option periods with an estimated start of December 1, 2026; contractor-owned equipment installation may take up to 90 days after award, and up to a 90-day transition period may apply at contract end. Pricing covers 36,500 CCF of liquid oxygen per year, monthly tank/telemetry rental, and an emergency delivery fee for orders placed with less than 48-hour notice across the base and option periods. Normal deliveries are every 21 days on Mondays during before-7:00am or after-5:00pm windows, and emergency deliveries must occur within 24 hours after notification.
