This requirement is set aside exclusively for the VISN 1 Construction MATOC IDIQ Pool. The project is a 15,600-square-foot interior renovation of the Main Street Corridor connecting Buildings B209 and B221 at the Togus VA Medical Center in Augusta, Maine. Work includes site preparation, demolition, flooring, roofing, interior finishes, and HVAC improvements while maintaining uninterrupted medical center operations. The contractor must develop VA-compliant phasing, life safety, security, environmental protection, and utility-interruption plans, plus adhere to strict infection control and safety standards. Performance will occur at the Togus VA Medical Center in Augusta, Maine.
