The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit for national prescription eyeglass manufacturing for eligible beneficiaries on or about November 20, 2025. The contract will require providing services for all VA sites of care across the entire United States and overseas. This opportunity is set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. The VA plans to establish multiple, ten-year, firm-fixed price contracts with a five-year base period and one five-year option. The Government is not seeking pricing at this time.
