The work consists of a one-day arborist assessment to create an action plan, followed by up to one week of trimming and removal of hazardous and diseased trees, over a one-year base period of performance. On-site work is scheduled Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 16:00, with emergency response required within 24 hours of contact. The contractor must be located within a 60-mile radius of the campus, and pricing is based on a unit price per tree for cutting, removal, and stump grinding, plus a daily rate for a three-man crew with chipper and loader.
