Bidders must demonstrate they are an authorized repairer from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Field work is generally limited to 08:00–16:00 Monday through Friday, with off-hour work only if approved; all field work must be scheduled at least 3 business days in advance, and utility shutdowns require a written request at least 14 calendar days in advance. The period of performance begins at time of award, and quotes will be evaluated based on technical approach, past performance, and price.
